Gene Traffic 2.0

Gene Traffic is a Bioinformatics Server Appliance for microarray data - a complete microarray data storage and analysis system.  Client computers are able to access this powerful bioinformatics application over a local area network, or even over the Internet, allowing multiple users to use the system simultaneously, with no need for multiple high-end workstations.  Gene Traffic allows the user to view scanned images, scatter plots, hybridization statistics, and much more.  Using the Hybridization Navigation, Spot View, Gene View, and Cluster Manager, any researcher can access important and useful data using this server appliance.
