**New GenePix file format now supported for importer**

WARNING:  The transform scatter plots have problems with larger number of elements  (over 15K).
This issue is being addressed.

MarC-Vv2.91.custom:   For cutting and pasting in data from other sources besides GenePix.  

Turn autocalculate to manual in the Excel:options:calculation menu
1. Paste in Gene names
2. Be sure that negative controls are defined in the Gene Name column as 'Blank' or 'blank.' 
3. Paste in signal and background values for both channels
4. Paste quality flags into the flags column.  Use -100 for a bad spot, -50 for undetected, and 0 for acceptable
Turn autocalculate back on.

PLEASE NOTE:  The ratio score feature of MarC-V should be disregarded if the intensity dynamic range of your
              slide scanner is not 0-65535
